Stephanie Thompson is the Founder and CEO of Cloud North Group. She brings more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and technology services.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has helped organizations navigate complex technology decisions, build stronger vendor strategies, and modernize their critical communications and network infrastructure. With access to more than 200 technology providers, Cloud North Group takes an independent, solution-driven approach across connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, cloud, fiber, SIP, and emerging technologies.

A strong advocate for strategic partnerships, Stephanie works alongside value-added resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs), supporting their in-house sales teams as an extension of their technology portfolio. This collaborative model helps partners expand their capabilities, offer additional solutions, and create new opportunities within existing client relationships.

Her leadership is grounded in relationships, transparency, and long-term client advocacy. Rather than simply facilitating a technology purchase, she works as an extension of the organizations she serves, bringing together the right providers, resources, and expertise to support their evolving business needs.
